Located opposite the Biscuit Factory, the UK's largest independent commerical gallery, Winn Studios are a short walk from the city centre. Ouseburn's 'Cultural Quarter' is also home to Seven Stories, Britain's gallery and archive celebrating the wonderful world of children's books; the Cluny pub, a live music venue, pub and cafe which shares its space with recording studios and artists workshops.

Winn Studios provide both stylish premier double bed studios which include a kitchen and comfortable seating area with TV and large single en suite rooms on a self catering basis. Free internet access available, cables may be borrowed from reception.

Continental breakfast hampers can be ordered or you are only a short walk from a range of cafes and coffee shops in the city centre.

The Biscuit Factory, immediately opposite Winn Studios, has an excellent cafe and restaurant for breakfast, morning coffee, light lunch or evening dinner.

Check In: From 2pm Check Out: By 10am

Check in at Reception which is open up to 5pm on weekdays. Please advise if you will arrive outside of these times and we will arrange check in. Arrangements for left luggage on arrival and departure may be made with Reception.

By car: On arrival in the city, the campus can be accessed from the Central Motorway, A167(M).

For direct access to Winn Studios residence (from the South after the Tyne Bridge( take the 2nd exit onto a large roundabout, take the 4th exit onto A193 (East), left at the traffic lights, then first right past the school, straight ahead at the roundabout, left at the junction and Winn Studios is on the right hand side.

Limited parking in the Holy Biscuit car park or in our underground car park at Stephenson residence (opposite Winn). Please ask for permits (chargeable) at Reception on arrival.

By rail: From the Central Station, take a taxi, approx 5-10 minute journey depending on traffic.

By air: Take the Metro from Newcastle International Airport to the Central Station and take a taxi as above.
